I built Meridian Passage around a simple idea: good financial advice works best when one person understands the whole picture.
Investments, tax considerations, retirement, and major decisions are connected, yet they are often handled separately. At the wealthiest end of the market, a family office brings those pieces together. I wanted to bring that same coordination to a direct advisor relationship, where your portfolio and your plan are designed together, reviewed together, and adjusted as your circumstances change.
The founder
I’ve spent my career on both sides of the table: investing capital for wealthy families and building companies of my own. That experience shapes how I think about both investments and the decisions around them.
For more than fifteen years, my investment work has spanned public and private markets, from stocks and bonds to private lending, private equity, and real estate. At SunChase Holdings, a Scottsdale-based single-family office, I spent eight years managing investments across those areas. I later co-founded Courtyard Advisors, a registered investment adviser, continuing that work for families and their portfolio companies. In all, I’ve led more than $600 million in direct debt and equity investments.
I’ve also built businesses myself. As founder of Rhythm Beverage Group, I experienced firsthand what it means to manage a company from the inside: the decisions behind the numbers, the demands of working capital, and the difference between what a financial statement says and what is actually happening in the business.
That combination, the investor’s discipline and the operator’s perspective, forms the foundation of how I advise clients.
